Watermelon Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • ice cubes
  • 50ml Malibu original
  • 25ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15ml simple syrup
  • 100ml soda water
  • watermelon slice/wedge, to garnish
Fresh. Easy. Delicious. Add a little citrus and sweetness to Malibu rum and let the evening begin! Serves 1.
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Pour Malibu Original, lime juice, simple syrup and soda water into the shaker.
  3. Shake it up and strain into the glass.
  4. Garnish with a watermelon slice. Enjoy!
