Rosé & Strawberry Spritz

Ingredients

  • 1 punnet fresh strawberries
  • ¾ cup strawberry liqueur 
  • 2 small lemons or limes, sliced (pips removed) 
  • ice cubes
  • 750ml (1 bottle) rosé wine 
  • soda water, to top up
Indulge with a refreshing sip of this Rosé and Strawberry Spritz cocktail. Blending crisp rosé wine with lush strawberries, this delicious concoction is a symphony of flavours. Serves 4-5.
  1. Slice strawberries and toss with liqueur.
  2. Layer a serving jug with plenty of ice, the marinated sliced strawberries and lemon or lime slices.
  3. When guests arrive add the bottle of rosé and top up with soda water. Stir well before serving.
