4-5 dehydrated plum slices, crushed

1 teaspoon honey

ice cubes

80ml Sundown Plum Gin

60ml elderflower liqueur

300ml cranberry juice

thyme sprigs, to garnish

edible flower petals, to garnish
A hint of floral flavours matches beautifully with plum gin, and a sweet touch as you sip. Serves 1.

Crush the plum slices to make a fine powder. Dip glass rim into honey, then press into the plum powder to coat the rim of the glasses.

Place ice cubes, plum gin, elderflower liqueur, and cranberry juice into a shaker and shake vigorously.

Pour into glasses and garnish with thyme sprigs and edible flower petals.
