Ingredients

  • 45ml Coruba Gold Rum
  • Fever Tree Premium Ginger Beer
  • ice cubes
  • fresh lime, plus extra to garnish
  • mint sprig, to garnish
The flavours of brown sugar, nutmeg and vanilla from Coruba Gold along with ginger beer make this a beautiful cocktail in a cup. Sundowner, anyone?

  1. Cut lime in half and squeeze one half of juice into mule cup.
  2. Add Coruba Gold Rum.
  3. Fill cup with ice, then top with Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Beer.
  4. Garnish with lime wheel and mint sprig.
