In a cocktail shaker, add ice, dry gin, elderflower liqueur, freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, Lillet Blanc, and lemon bitters.

Shake until the cocktail shaker is almost too cold to touch (about 15 to 20 seconds).

Strain it into a coupe glass, then garnish with a lemon peel.
