Ingredients

15ml honey

1 tbsp fig paste

60ml fresh lemon juice

90ml whisky

1 egg white
-
ice cubes

fresh fig, halved lengthways, to garnish

thyme sprigs, to garnish
Sweeten up mum's day with this whisky sour, with the addition of honey and fig. Serves 1.

Add honey and fig paste to a cocktail shaker. Muddle well until smooth.

Add lemon juice, whisky and egg white, then dry shake (without ice) for 30 seconds.

Add a handful of ice cubes and shake for another 30 seconds.

Strain into glass and garnish with half a fresh fig and thyme sprigs.
