Ingredients

  • 45ml Bombay Sapphire Gin
  • 15ml St-Germain liqueur
  • 90ml Strangelove light tonic water
  • fresh ginger, (julienned), mint sprig, lime wedge, blueberries, to garnish
Bombay Sapphire gin with a hint of elderflower liqueur truly hits the spot.
  1. Pre-chill glass in freezer for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Fill glass with ice.
  3. Add Bombay Sapphire gin and St Germain liqueur.
  4. Add tonic, until the glass is three-quarters full.
  5. Stir well and then top with more ice.
  6. Garnish with lemon wedge, ginger, blueberries and mint.
