Apricot Honey Gin Sour


  • 45ml gin
  • 1 teaspoon apricot jam
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • juice of 1 orange
  • soda
  • ice
  • fresh apricot slices and thyme, to garnish (optional)

The warmth of apricots and honey combine with the zestiness of citrus fruits for an autumn-pleasing gin sour. Serves 1

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and top with gin, jam, honey, lemon and orange
  2. Shake well for 45 seconds
  3. Strain into an ice-filled glass and top with soda
  4. Gently stir in fresh apricot slices and sprigs of thyme to garnish
