The warmth of apricots and honey combine with the zestiness of citrus fruits for an autumn-pleasing gin sour. Serves 1

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and top with gin, jam, honey, lemon and orange

Shake well for 45 seconds

Strain into an ice-filled glass and top with soda
