Just three ingredients to take your bubbles to the next level! This bubbly apéritif's secret ingredient is the apple cider, which gives a subtle fruit flavour to prepare the palate for a good evening. Serves 1.

Fill a Champagne flute or highball glass with ice cubes.

Add Aperol, apple cider and Prosecco (in that order to create colour gradient), then top up with soda water.

Garnish with a thin slice of apple.
