On her day off, one of the stars of the ASB Classic made a refreshing Aperol Spritz.
Aperol has brought a slice of Italy and vibrant energy to Auckland at the ASB Classic.
Nine-Time Grand Slam Champ Bethanie Mattek-Sands made the perfect 'serve' of Aperol on her day off during the tournament.
"This is the perfect day to be doing this; the sun is out ... and it's a day off for me, so I can have a sip," said the American tennis star as she created the 'perfect serve', using 3 parts prosecco, 2 parts Aperol, 1 part soda water, and heaps of ice.
