Ingredients

  • 30ml Cointreau
  • 120ml soda water
  • 20ml lime juice
  • 4 fresh strawberries
  • 3 fresh mint leaves
  • ice

The definitive orange liqueur, Cointreau is made from bitter and sweet orange peels. Use this liquor cabinet staple in classic cocktails such as the Margarita and Cosmopolitan, or this refreshing drink made with strawberries, lime and mint. Serves 1

  1. Pound the strawberries and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker, add the Cointreau and lime juice and stir
  2. Fill with ice and shake until the shaker is frosted. Pour into a glass filled with ice and top with soda water, and garnish with extra mint
