Vanilla-Choc Nog

Ingredients

  • 50ml Galliano liqueur
  • 40ml crème de cacao white
  • 30ml white rum
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • chocolate sauce, for glass rim (optional)
This nog-like cocktail takes some shortcuts with the vanilla and spice notes of Galliano and makes for a decadently sweet and creamy Easter treat with the addition of creme de cacao and drizzled choc. Serves 1
  1. For the chocolate rim: Pour enough chocolate sauce into a bowl to be able to dip the rim of a glass. Working your way around the glass’s outside rim, coat it evenly in the chocolate.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender and pour into the chocolate-rimmed glass.
