Ingredients

  • 1 cup stone fruit (nectarine, peach, mango), de-stoned and roughly chopped for drink, plus extra slices, for garnish
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 35ml sugar syrup
  • 100ml Johnnie Walker Black Label Whisky
  • 100ml sparkling wine
  • 200ml peach kombucha
A fruity, sour whisky twist – with plenty of bubbles to boot! Serves 4.

  1. Add stone fruit, ice cubes, lemon juice, sugar syrup, Johnnie Walker Black Label Whisky, peach kombucha and sparkling wine to a large jug.
  2. Stir gently. Pour into serving glasses, then garnish with thin slices of stone fruit.
