Pink Grapefruit & Pineapple Vodka Spritz

Ingredients

  • ice cubes
  • 40ml vodka
  • 60ml pink grapefruit juice 
  • 30ml pineapple juice
  • 15ml simple syrup
  • lemonade, to top-up
  • pineapple ring, halved, to garnish
  • mint leaves, to garnish
Pimp a vodka spritz with flavours that feel tropical, such as pineapple and pink grapefruit. Serves 1.

Tip: We froze pink grapefruit juice in hexagon-shaped ice moulds, to add extra interest and flavour.

This cocktail is inspired by Resene Paint Colour. Tray painted in Resene Tropical; table painted in Resene Fluffy Duck; coaster painted in Resene Meringue; ice tray painted in Resene Very Berry. 

  1. Fill a lowball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add vodka, pink grapefruit juice, pineapple juice and simple syrup, then top with lemonade.
  3. Garnish with pineapple and mint leaves.
