Ingredients

  • 30ml gin
  • 30ml apple vodka
  • 60ml pineapple juice
  • pineapple leaves or wedge of pineapple, to garnish
  • lime wheel, to garnish
After the original comes the remix. Try Snoop Dogg's 'laid back' cocktail, that still has a splash of juice, but is remixed with pineapple and flavoured vodka to give the whole thang a tropical vibe. Serves 1.

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin, vodka, and pineapple juice. Stir well.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with the pineapple leaves (or a pineapple wedge, because leaves can be hard to come by in New Zealand) and a lime wheel or wedge. Enjoy!
