Get yourself in the draw to win passes to one of the hottest food, wine and music festivals in New Zealand
What could be better than a sunny day hanging out in the vines eating amazing food, drinking incredible wines and listening to great music? Toast Martinborough is one of our favourite wine festivals in the country, situated among the boutique wineries of this picturesque, walkable town.
A key part of what makes Toast Martinborough so unique is the multi-site celebration, as it allows festival-goers to discover the rich fabric of the Toast Martinborough experience piece by piece. People can experience the atmosphere of each site by riding the free shuttles, or by following the thread of vineyard hoppers making their way on foot. “This year we are showcasing nine vineyard sites and some of the best chefs in the business to offer wine and food matches of unrivaled flavour and sophistication, supported by a collection of musicians guaranteed to have everyone singing, dancing and laughing,” says Toast Martinborough general manager Anna Nielson.
Whether it’s ticking off the bubbles bars, comparing the new release wines, working through some older vintages, or simply chatting to the winemakers - Toast Martinborough has every option covered, thoughtfully paired with the perfect food match of course. Participating vineyards and experts include Union Square chef Adam Newell – Toast Martinborough’s first ever Michelin starred chef, the incredible Martin Bosley, Palliser Estate will host a bubbles and rose bar, Ruth Pretty Catering, Luna Estate will be joined by Chef of the Year MacLean Fraser, and Escarpment, Te Kairanga, Ata Rangi and Dry River wineries.
