Trend Alert: Wines in a Can

Get ready to do the can can with some of your favourite wines this autumn

Say the words “wine” and “trend” in the same sentence and we at Toast prick our ears up, even more so when you add the word “convenient”.

Some of our favourite brands have been releasing their wines in lightweight and portable can form, super handy for wine on the go. We can expect more to launch in the coming year, but here’s our pick of the first canny wines to try now…

Crafter’s Union Rosé, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris now come in eye-catching illustrated cans, RRP$6.99 each, 250ml.

Jacob’s Creek Moscato is a sweet, fresh and slightly sparkling wine that now comes in a slimline can, RRP$18.99, 4 pack 250ml.

Allan Scott Dry Hopped Gooseberry Bomb is a sauvignon blanc that’s been fermented with hops which may sound unusual, but it's a refreshing sip with tasty floral characters, 330ml.
