What's Hot

Cool as Ice

Say hello to the hottest new summer drink trend: Moët on the rocks

Breaking all the rules of champagne, Moët Ice Impérial is the first champagne designed especially to be enjoyed over ice.

Champagne on the rocks isn’t a new way to serve an old drink, but an entirely new beverage in its own right. The proper ritual when serving Moët Ice is to first pour the champagne into a large cabernet-style glass and add the ice afterwards (three large ice cubes), otherwise it will foam and lose effervescence. To take it a step further, simple garnishes such as mint leaves, lime or white grapefruit zest, cucumber peel, ginger, cardamom seeds and any red fruits all heighten the champagne's freshness and aromatic intensity.

While it may be a little bit rebellious, Moët Ice Impérial remains true to Moët & Chandon's signature style; one that's distinguished by bright fruitiness, a seductive palate and elegant maturity. It’s a new champagne experience that is both refreshing and playful.
