Auckland Cup Week is in full swing right now, but don’t despair if you can’t make it along. Throw your own race day at home while serving these Champagne Mumm cocktails created by the Champagne Ambassador Mathilde Laborde, which will be served at the Champagne Mumm VIP area on Cup Day this Saturday 11th March.

Bae Beach Breeze  

30ml Lillet Rosé

30ml Cranberry Juice

60ml Pink Grapefruit Juice 

10ml Strawberry Syrup

G. H. Mumm Rosé Champagne

Add all ingredients aside from the champagne to a short tin, add ice and shake well. Double strain into a chilled flute, top with G. H. Mumm Rosé Champagne. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
