White Rum
White rum (also known as light or silver rum) is a clear spirit distilled from sugarcane byproducts, like molasses. It has a mild, sweet flavour and it is typically aged briefly in stainless steel tanks.
White rum is ideal for cocktails such as mojitos, daiquiris, and piña coladas, some of our favourite white rums are Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum and Havana White Rum.

Dark Rum
Dark rum is aged longer in charred barrels, giving it a rich, complex flavour profile with notes of caramel, molasses, and spice. Its deep colour and robust taste make it perfect for sipping neat or in cocktails like the Dark 'n' Stormy.
Dark rums you've got to try are Coruba Original, Black Heart, Stolen Dark, and of course, Captain Morgan.

Spiced Rum
