One of the hottest events on the Auckland calendar, Bombay Sapphire’s pop-ups are a haven for gin and food lovers. This year’s event offers a sensory journey through a bustling international bazaar, with mouth-watering food and drink stalls, plus music provided by hot local DJs. Being held from 1st-5th November, the event takes inspiration from the countries where Bombay Sapphire sources some of the 10 botanical ingredients used to make its premium gin. The Bombay Sapphire Botanical Bazaar offers five globetrotting food and cocktail stalls with flavour from Spain, Italy, China, Germany and Morocco. The cocktails have been curated by Bombay Sapphire spirits ambassador, Chase Bickerton, and food by Jamie Johnston, the man behind pop-up dining sensation, Judge Bao.
