In the Northern Hemisphere, spritzes were the top drink of the summer last year, and us Kiwis equally love them.
Not to be confused with spritzers (wine with fruit juice or soda), spritzes are commonly made with a spirit plus bubbles, soda water and fresh lemon or lime, offering perfect refreshment for hot weather sipping.
