Whisky and Apple  Cider Punch


  • 4 x 330ml bottles apple cider
  • 1 x 330ml bottle cider (any flavour)
  • 750ml whisky
  • 500ml ginger beer
  • 250ml cloudy apple juice
  • 500ml soda water
  • 2 crisp apples
  • cinnamon sticks

Makes 1 bowl (serves 8-10)

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ciders, whisky, ginger beer and apple juice. Stir to combine, then top with the soda water. Add more soda to taste if necessary
  2. Slice the apple into thin cross-section slices (the apple core will appear as a star shape) and add them to the punch. Add the cinnamon sticks and serve in glasses filled with ice
