Triple Rum Punch


  • 2 tablespoons Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
  • 2 tablespoons Bacardi Carta Blanca White Rum
  • 2 tablespoons Coruba Original Dark Rum
  • 1 tablespoon triple sec
  • squeeze of fresh orange juice
  • ginger ale
  • small orange wedge and crystallised ginger, to garnish (optional)
  • ice

Take a trip to Jamaica by pairing the Caribbean wonder of rum with the spice of ginger and a fresh citrus hit. Serves 1

  1. Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Bacardi Carta Blanca White Rum and Coruba Original Dark Rum, triple sec and a squeeze of fresh orange juice
  2. Shake until icy cold. Fill a tumbler with ice (we used two spheres) and use a fine strainer to pour over the rum mixture
  3. Top with ginger ale and stir. Garnish with an orange wedge and a piece of crystallised ginger if using
