10ml Tio Pepe Sherry

blueberries and fresh mint or lemon balm, to garnish (optional)

Add the Jose Cuervo Especial Tequila, fresh lime juice, Tio Pepe Sherry and apple cider vinegar to a highball glass, fill half the glass with crushed ice and give a quick little swizzle with a barspoon/swizzle stick

Add more crushed ice to the top of the glass so it is packed full. Garnish with a cap of bitters for colour and add blueberries and mint or lemon balm to finish if using
