Slushy Peach Bellini

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 2 tablespoons sparkling wine
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 60ml peach schnapps
  • ice
For a summery cocktail to impress, whip up a batch of slushy peach bellinis. Serves two
  1. Blend peaches, sparkling wine, sugar, schnapps and a couple of ice cubes together.
  2. Pour into glasses and top up with more sparkling wine. Add a sprinkle of dried raspberry to garnish.
