Winter Mulled Rosé


  • 2 bottles rosé
  • 2 cinnamon quills
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • juice and zest of 1 lemon

Fragrant and warming, this rosé-based mulled wine is a must-try this winter. Serves 6-8

  1. Add all ingredients to a large saucepan
  2. Slowly bring to a simmer
  3. Mix well to ensure sugar dissolves
  4. Keep at a gentle heat for 20 minutes, or until ready to serve
