Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 45ml vodka
  • 15ml coffee liqueur
  • 30ml espresso
  • 15ml simple syrup
  • 6 dashes Angostura Cocoa Bitters
This twist on the classic recipe uses Angostura Cocoa Bitters, made with cocoa pods from Trinidad and Tobago. Serves 1
  1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, then pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a coffee bean and serve.
