  • 40ml Bombay Sapphire Gin
  • 20ml passionfruit liqueur
  • 90ml fresh pineapple juice
  • 2 big dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • fresh lime wedges (optional)
  • fresh pineapple slices (optional)
  • ice

Bringing together some heavenly Asian flavours, this cocktail blends Bombay Sapphire Gin with passionfruit liqueur, fresh pineapple juice, Angostura Bitters and soda. Serves 1

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into an ice-filled Tiki glass like the one pictured

  2. Top with soda and garnish with pineapple, lime and mint
