Left Field Frosé

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Left Field Ros
  • cup raspberry sugar syrup
  • 1 cup ice

Left Field wines are all about exploration and whimsy. We reckon this Left Field Fros made with raspberry syrup is the perfect cocktail for that, and it's also super-delicious too! Serves 4

  1. Pour wine into a plastic container and freeze for at least 6 hours. Because wine contains alcohol it will not freeze completely solid but it must be as frozen as possible
  2. Place a heaped cup of frozen wine into a blender and add the ice and raspberry sugar syrup (see below for how to). Blend to a thick milkshake consistency
  3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately
