Ingredients

  • green stuff
  • milk (still has carbs)
  • handfull of almonds (high in carbs)

Chewy green stuff in a glass (hold your nose before drinking)

  1. Finish evening workout. Chuck all ingredients in a blender and blend till you're bored
  2. Pour into a glass and attempt to drink through a straw (good luck)
  3. Pour down sink, and go get yourself a Speight's Summit Ultra low carb beer instead
