Ingredients

  • 30ml gin
  • 15ml creme de cassis
  • juice of half a grapefruit
  • tonic
  • ice
  • whole peppercorns to garnish, optional

We used to think the classic G and T couldn't be messed with. We were wrong

  1. Fill a glass with ice
  2. Add gin and grapefruit juice. Stir to combine
  3. Top with tonic and cassis
  4. Scatter whole peppercorns on top to garnish, if desired
