Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons instant coffee granules
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 60ml Wild Turkey Bourbon
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 dash bitters
  • 90ml Baileys Irish Cream, chilled
  • ice

Traditionally made by muddling sugar, bitters and whisky or bourbon, this version of an Old Fashioned adds coffee and Baileys for an indulgent kick. Serves 2

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and top with instant coffee, water, bourbon, cinnamon, sugar and bitters
  2. Shake well for 30 seconds
  3. Strain into two ice-filled glasses and divide chilled Baileys evenly between the two drinks
