Ingredients

  • 60ml dark rum
  • 120ml ginger beer
  • handful of ice

A quick and simple, but impressive, cocktail

  1. Add the ice to a cooled glass and pour the rum over the top
  2. Top up with the ginger beer and give it a stir
  3. A sprig of mint, a slice of lime or a few blueberries on a skewer make a great optional garnish
