  • 30ml pink grapefruit juice
  • Crabbies Original Alcoholic Ginger Beer
  • ice
  • fresh thyme to garnish

The perfect sundowner, this cocktail combines refreshing gin and citrus juices with a warming hit of Crabbie's Alcoholic Ginger Beer. Serves 1

  1. Add the gin, lemon juice and grapefruit juice to a cocktail shaker
  2. Shake and strain into an ice-filled glass
  3. Top with Crabbies Original Alcoholic Ginger Beer and add a sprig of fresh thyme to garnish
