Ingredients

  • 90ml Brown Brothers Prosecco NV
  • 45ml Aperol
  • 30ml soda water
  • ice
  • orange wedge to garnish

This ultimate aperitif combines two of Italy's favourite pre-dinner drinks, prosecco and Aperol. Serves 1

  1. Pour prosecco into a glass over ice
  2. Add a dash of soda and top with Aperol
  3. Gently stir with a spoon then garnish with orange wedge
