Try This: New Amstel Premium Pilsner

For almost 150 years, Amstel has brewed a Premium Pilsner for people across the globe, and now this unique beer has reached New Zealand

Born in Amsterdam, a city full of art and creativity, Amstel Bier takes its name from the Amstel River, the iconic main artery of the city of Amsterdam. Brewing is one of the first, and most enduring, industries of Amsterdam, and Amstel is known the world over for its refreshing taste, distinctive golden hue and excellent quality.

“Amstel is a well-known and respected brand globally and Amstel Light 2.5% ABV has been available and enjoyed by many Kiwis for a number of years. The launch of Amstel Premium Pilsner (4.6% ABV) here provides consumers with a new premium, green bottle beer to enjoy,” says Fiona Marston, Marketing Manager of Amstel Bier for DB Breweries. “Amstel is one of the fastest growing beer brands globally, and we’re extremely excited to bring the distinct taste of Amstel Premium Pilsner to New Zealand.”

Amstel Premium Pilsner will be sold in 330ml bottle 12 packs (RRP $22.99) nationwide from the beginning of June.
