BEST BET: FATHER’S DAY BEER

Looking for a great craft beer to gift this Father’s Day? Why not give six with Emerson’s Mixed Six Pack?

Kiwi brewer Emerson’s has been making boutique craft beer since 1992 – which you’re probably aware of, especially if you’ve ever read the bit under their logo. Since those early days, their brews have become increasingly popular. In June 2016 Emerson’s moved into their shiny big Brewhouse in Dunedin, allowing them to produce more beer to keep up with the increasing demand.

This Father’s Day, we reckon you can’t go wrong gifting Emerson’s Mixed Six – a selection of their best brews so you and your special dude can have a home sampling session.

Here’s what you’ll find inside this little box of wonder…

Big Rig APA: A beer with a truckload of hops, tropical, citrus flavours, and a malt base. 5.2% ABV

Bird Dog IPA: One for the hopheads, you’ll discover intense hop flavours dominated by tropical fruits, subtle fresh squeezed orange and a hint of pine. 7% ABV

Bookbinder Session Ale: A wonderfully drinkable English-style ale with a full-flavoured soft, malty, fruity taste and refreshing, gently drying finish. 3.7% ABV
