Three ways with Campari

Get to know the bitter Italian aperitif with these three elegant Campari-driven cocktails

?Negroni

When it comes to showcasing the flavours of Campari, it's hard to go past this Italian classic. 

Ingredients:
20ml gin
20ml Campari
20ml vermouth
ice
orange peel

Method:
Add ice to glass. Pour over ingredients and garnish with a twist of orange peel.
 

Campari Spritz 

Lighter than a negroni, bolder than the Aperol spritz. 

Ingredients:
60ml prosecco 
30ml club soda 
60ml Campari 
ice
orange peel or green olives

Method:
Add ice to glass. Add prosecco, club soda and Campari. Stir and garnish with orange peel or green olives. 
 

?Boulevardier 

Swap the gin in a negroni out for bourbon and you get the smooth, delicious Boulevardier.  

Ingredients:
30ml bourbon 
30ml sweet vermouth 
30ml Campari 

Method: 
Pour ingredients into a mixing glass and add ice. Stir for 30 seconds until diluted. Strain into a glass with ice and garnish with a twist of orange peel.
