Recipe: Grapefruit and Aperol ice pops

So tangy. So simple. A must-try for your next soirée

Ingredients:

1 litre pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed is delicious if you have a tree!)

500ml Aperol

?Method:

Mix together juice and Aperol in a jug. Pour into ice block moulds and freeze for 4-6 hours.

Tip: If you don't have ice-block moulds, try freezing the liquid in ice trays and enjoying them in a glass of chilled soda water.
