Pink Whisky Sour

Ingredients

  • 45ml whisky
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • drizzle of grenadine
  • juice of 1 lemon, plus rind to garnish
  • ice

Just four ingredients, a handful of ice and a whole lot of flavour. Serves one

  1. Place whisky and sugar in a cocktail shaker and stir to dissolve sugar
  2. Add grenadine, lemon juice, and a handful of ice
  3. Shake vigorously and strain into a short glass
  4. Top with more ice and a piece of lemon rind, if desired
