Ingredients

  • 40ml Johnnie Walker Black Whisky
  • 10ml crme de cacao blanc
  • 10ml crme de menthe
  • 20ml soy milk
  • 1 scoop mint choc chip ice cream
  • 1 dash bitters
  • grated nutmeg, to garnish (optional)
  • ice

Take a nostalgic trip with this grasshopper cocktail that's been modernised with flavours of Johnnie Walker Black Whisky, white chocolate, nutmeg and bitters. Serves 1

  1. Add all ingredients to a milkshake tin or blender, add 2 cubes of ice and 3 tablespoons of crushed ice and set to mix for around 8 seconds
  2. Fine strain into a glass and garnish with grated nutmeg
