Ginger whisky mojito

Ingredients

  • 1 litre cloudy ginger beer
  • 150ml whisky (we love Monkey Shoulder Batch 27 Whisky)
  • 3 limes cut into wedges
  • ice
  • handful of mint leaves

Warming ginger, zesty lime and refreshing ginger beer combine beautifully to make the perfect mojito for any occasion (makes 1 jug to serve 6-8 people)

  1. Place limes, ice and mint leaves in jug, crush lightly with a wooden spoon
  2. Pour in whisky and ginger beer, stir once to combine
  3. serve in glasses
